No returns on International purchases.

To return or exchange a product, please submit a return request to “EMAIL” within 5 business days of receiving your order. When submitting a return request please describe the reason for the return and send pictures of any applicable details. Carbon Fiber Element will not review any return requests without prior authorization and/or after 5 business days. Returned items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

For approved return requests the customer will be responsible for shipping fees back to Carbon Fiber Element. Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed for any damage and your refund will be issued via the same form of payment used to complete the initial purchase. Shipping costs for the initial purchase are nonrefundable.

Carbon Fiber Element’s return policy is not applicable for items with special colored or finished carbon fiber, special leather and/or Alcantara, and personalized logos.
